Here’s a sneak peek at an incredible Lake Viking lakefront home transformation currently under construction!

This project is going to be something special, featuring:

It’s always neat watching a property start to come together from the ground up. A good foundation and proper site prep make all the difference before the building ever goes up.

This one had some real issues… the old concrete driveway had settled and was actually pushing water back toward the foundation. That’s the kind of problem that only gets worse if you ignore it.

So we tore it out and we’re fixing it the right way 👇

🚜 BIG things are happening in Northwest Missouri, and Viking Dirtworks and Landscaping is right in the middle of it!

💪We are kicking off an exciting new project THIS WEEK in Jamesport, MO — and we could not be more fired up about it! We are building a full site pad for a brand new 80' x 80' building AND a parking lot from the ground up.

That means clearing, grading, compacting, and making sure every inch of that ground is engineered to hold up for decades to come.

This is exactly the kind of work we live for. There is nothing quite like watching a raw piece of ground transform into something that a business or family will use for generations.

From the first pass of the dozer blade to the final grade, every single cut matters — and we take pride in getting it RIGHT.

When a yard slopes, erodes, or just isn’t usable…
a properly built limestone retaining wall can completely change the property.

A lot of the limestone walls we build around Kearney, Holt, Cameron, and Lake Viking start with a simple problem — dirt washing out, steep slopes, or space that homeowners can’t really use.

The right rock wall doesn’t just hold dirt back.
It creates level ground, usable outdoor space, and a solid foundation for patios, landscaping, and outdoor living areas.

Limestone also fits this part of Northwest Missouri better than almost anything else. It looks natural on the property and when it’s built right with proper base and drainage, it’s built to last.

Right now we’re booking limestone rock wall projects for Spring and Summer of 2026, so if you’ve been thinking about fixing erosion or reshaping part of your yard, now is a good time to start planning.
