Mowing:
Small Lawns (< 0.25 Acre)- $35
Medium Lawns (0.25-0.5 Acre)- $50
Large Lawns(0.5-0.75 Acre) - $65
“Field” Mowing (1+ Acre)- $85/Acre

Aerating:
$0.03/sqft

Seeding:
$0.10/sqft

Fertilizing:
$0.08/sqft

Temporary Sprinkler Install:
$25 charged weekly for every 2 small sprinkler heads.
(2 small sprinkler heads cover 500sqft)
$80/week for a large sprinkler head.
(1 large covers 5500sqft)
Includes timer and garden hoses. We’ll set the timer for the best run times for your desired goal. Great for getting through short periods of drought or for germinating grass seed! Most customers have returned after one week.. due to project success! These garden beds had landscaping paper and bare spots showing so they needed a quick clean up and some additional stones.

This project involved picking up 2 tons of river rock, delivery and install. I cleaned up some of the edges, placed the river rocks in small piles around the bed with a wheelbarrow then spread with the garden rake.
