We are looking for successful experience with In-Home Sales Rep preferably in the Home Improvement Industry and/or Roofing Installation is sought. We want a candidate who is driven, proactive, confident and self-motivated to become a leading member of our teams throughout the Sacramento Area.

Professionally represent Valley Roofing Services. through direct interaction with clients, crews, staff & vendors
Meet with qualified prospective clients on pre-set appointments and conduct a needs analysis to develop a suitable estimate as well as go over financing options.
Conduct a professional roofing presentation
Present & close a comprehensive, detailed proposal to prospective clients
Promote & set own leads as required for Valley Roofing Services.
Manage all reps to promote and drive sales as well as meet monthly goals as directed by company.
Skills Required:
Open minded and willingness to learn our way of selling
Strong people skills and excellent client/crew relations
Highly motivated by an open ended, commission only sales position
Positive, professional attitude
Previous in-home sales experience in home improvement or similar industry is ideal
Able to set own qualified leads as well as follow up on leads brought in
Solid presentation, written and oral communication skills
Strong organization and time management skills
Computer literate with good Microsoft Excel skills
Promote and set own leads as required by Valley Roofing Services
