All of us at Aqua Plumbing & Heating throughout the years have deeply appreciated all your service calls with trust and confidence amongst one another.

However due to unforeseen circumstances, we are no longer able to continue services.

We apologize for this sudden decision and inconvenience however, things do occur in our lives that truly are beyond our control, and are in God’s hands.

I have been employed at the Saratoga Holiday Inn since 1980 as the Chief Engineer. The hotel has used Aqua Plumbing Heating Air Conditioning & Refrigeration since 1983 for all of our needs. Aqua has been the best company I have used in all of my 31 years at the hotel. The employees have worked all hours of the day and night for us and I can’t count how many times they have gotten me out of huge jams for plumbing, heating, air conditioning, refrigeration etc. Gil & Sasha are both wonderful and very professional people to work with; dedicated to giving you the best customer service you could possibly want. My very sincere thank you for helping my sister so quickly and efficiently with her air conditioning. Her being handicapped and in need of a cooler environment really caused me concern when her central unit went down last night with temperatures heading for the 90s today. When I called you this morning I knew you would be buried with service calls because of the weather but you still had a technician at her home up here in Saratoga within two hours and within an hour he had diagnosed and repaired the problem. One cannot possibly ask for better response or service than that.

I really appreciated this super speedy service and so does she. You as always have come through for me and my family again just as you used to at the restaurant I had. I am a second-generation customer of Aqua Plumbing and Heating. My father owned a grocery store as well as several apartments. With refrigeration and freezer equipment in the store as well as plumbing and heating problems that often present with rental property, he needed a service company that was reachable and dependable, would handle emergencies as well as routine maintenance, was courteous and thorough. Once he found Aqua, he did not have to look any further: their customer service was top shelf and his worries were over.

On a residential note, we have been customers of Aqua for more than 10 years. I know we can call and talk with a person on the other end of the telephone: often it is one of the company's proprietors. They know us by name, know my house and its quirks. Whether an emergency with the gas furnace not working, routine maintenance of cleaning and servicing the furnace and air conditioning, installing a sink and sump pump in the basement, proactively replacing the electric hot water heater, replacing old turn-off junctions of water pipes, or installing computerized thermostats, Aqua takes care of us. With a focus on timeliness, neatness and knowledgeable service technicians, I can ask their personal recommendation and know that I am getting an honest, "this is what I do in my home" answer when discussing options and scope of the job. I can count on Aqua for whatever my HVAC problem or need is, and can thoroughly recommend them for either residential or commercial service work.
