Maryland Green Designer Show Home An eco-show home built to benefit partner charities, Make-A-Wish Foundation (Mid-Atlantic) and Hospice of the Chesapeake in Gambrills, Maryland

The Maryland Green Designer Show Home was a concept brought to fruition by Michael Baldwin and his staff at Baldwin Homes, Inc. This project, started in April 2012 showcases not only the eco excellence that Baldwin Homes creates, but also their partnerships with unique landscape and interior designers throughout the Washington, D.C, metropolitan area. Through a series of strategic partnerships, th

e Maryland Green Designers Show Home will support two local charities’, including: Hospice of the Chesapeake and the Make-A-Wish Mid-Atlantic. Upon completion of construction in September 2012, tours and various events will be hosted within the home all to benefit these two wonderful causes. Additionally, the home will be listed for sale, with the split earning from the sale directly benefiting these two causes as well.

Thanks Crofton Patch!

The Maryland Green Designer Show Home was open for paid tours. It is now being sold, with proceeds to be split between two charities.
