Fun project with challenging design. Very large pool in backyard.. not a lot of room but it all works. Cambridge patio with off shoot to firepit area. Plant design by Stephanie Laisdell. Large cobbles to deter children from throwing them in pool. Low voltage landscape lighting. Sod on our way out for an instant finished lawn. Ty Cait and Bill!! The crew wrapped up the Amazing Eze breeze window units on screen room job today. These units are great with ability to go from screen to wind barrier in just seconds! This particular room features Trex floor to match existing deck, tng ceiling with translucent stain, low maintenance Kleer PVC trim on all openings, ship lap back wall, full 110 power outlets and ceiling fan and we converted window to new slider. Great job team!! 💪🏻

Since we were already there building the screen room client had us upgrade window trim as well. Looks great!!

Trex deck with shed roof on Saratoga Lake. Salt Flat color. We found rot in sheathing after removing overhang most likely due to improper flashing. Clients with change man door to window and most likely do a shiplap on exterior wall for a warmer feel. We recommended this as well as Tongue n groove ceiling.
