This Astilbe is smaller then other varieties only getting 1 foot tall. In summer the reddish pink flowers stand above deep green/ burgundy foliage that will last for weeks. Easy to maintain - you can deadhead the faded blooms or you can leave them for added winter interest.

They also make good cut flowers for indoor vases, and pair well and any color Hosta.
