This system conditions an office space and needs to be replaced. Not only that, but the roof also requires replacement, and the existing condenser was located on the roof. No big deal! We relocated the condenser to the side of the building for easy access and to eliminate the need for future relocations during roof repairs. Please contact us for a quote!

We haven’t put anything up in a while so here you go! This was a 7.5 ton, A/C only air handler and condenser to condition the back offices and shop, and a 5 ton split system to condition the office space at Lawn and Golf Supply Co. Give us a call for a free estimate!

Installed (3) 250k BTU Reznor unit heaters to accommodate an 18,000 sqft warehouse space and capped the old duct from the old roof tops. Also re-worked some existing duct from the front roof top, to accommodate the new office fit out.
