Pool Doctor was fantastic. I called with an issue on my swim spa that nobody else in town could seem to help with, and they jumped right on it. Alisha was on it from the start, took great care of me, and kept everything moving with excellent communication.
Bud was the technician who handled the installation, and he was just as great. He communicated clearly, showed up when he said he would, and it was obvious he knew exactly what he was doing.
They ordered the part quickly, cared about my timeline, and did exactly what they said they would.
