Just a heads up to the community make sure all of your water hoses are disconnected from the spigots. We are seeing quite a few flooded crawl spaces from broken water lines. The hose needs to be disconnected from the house otherwise it traps water in the spigot and it will expand and crack the copper leading to a problem you would rather avoid. We offer free crawl space and attic inspections if you don't feel like getting dirty.

We offer free crawl space and attic inspections to help locate water intrusion. Most common ways water makes it into your home is compromised roofing, leaky vents, ice dams, poorly waterproofed crickets, flashing, gutters installed incorrectly. For the crawl space most common is a leaky or broken pipe or union, groundwater, toilet fl**ge or wax gasket, and the most favorite of all a sewage backup. I truly hope you never need us but if you do, we are a phone call away. My team and I are here to serve you and walk with you through the whole insurance process. It's not a fun road sometimes but we pride ourselves on being the best in the valley helping you navigate the rocky road. Our goal is always for the customer to pay no more than their deductible and get their home back to pre-loss condition if not better sometimes. We are not program vendors which means we work and fight for you, not the other way around! Fire happens. Make sure you have good batteries in all of your smoke detectors. A working smoke detector could be the difference in getting the family outside the home safe and sound. Having a plan with your kids and spouse = preparedness.
