What have we been up to you ask? Another bathroom what else would we be doing?!! We expanded this shower about 12 inches to make it a bit more spacious. New floor throughout the bathroom and closet, painted vanity, new mirrors, paint, and wall accessories and this one’s a wrap! What a doozy this one was! This cozy little bathroom in Plymouth gave us a run for our money on demo day complete with 3 layers of flooring and 4 layers on the ceiling but we got her done! This was a total gut down to the studs and rebuilt from the rubble up! We also installed a door leading into the bedroom closet. In that bedroom we ran water supply lines and a drain for the washer, and also Installed a dryer vent through the wall and exterior brick to convert this bedroom into a massive closet/laundry room! I mean come on who doesn’t want a hamper in the closet leading to the laundry room on the other side of the wall!! In this bathroom we deleted the existing stand up shower to make room for the new pantries, made the tub a huge 6’x4’ shower, all new vanities, Bluetooth exhaust fan, fresh tile floor, fixed the drywall, and got new paint all around. Hey all! Every year we try to give back to our community in some way. Especially around the holidays. Full transparency, we struggled, and some little elves made sure our kids got things they wanted and needed. So, when we can, we want to give back. There are 2 families this year that need our help. Ms. Grace is an elderly grandmother who is taking care of her 6 grandchildren on her own ages ranging from 6 months to 13 years old. The other is a single mom who lost her job and is terrified her kids aren't going to have a Christmas this year. These ladies need our help, and I know we are going to help them but if you'd like to join in please click those links and see what they need. I will post both links in the comments. There will be 3 amazon links, one for one family and 2 are separate lists for the 2 little girls from the single momma. The gifts will get delivered directly to their homes. We removed a load bearing wall in this kitchen to open it up to the dining room creating a beautiful space to gather! The homeowners would’ve loved to have taken this wall all the way out but we were suprised with hvac running up through the wall. Another master bathroom in the books! This bathroom was put together by a designer and given to us to carry out the plan! Beautiful stand alone tub and tub filler, gorgeous tile shower and everything in between! We received a damaged medicine cabinet (3 of them to be exact) and waiting on the custom glass shower door to be installed but everything else is done and ready for relaxation! Master bathroom remodel in Livonia! We were able to make this shower a little wider and a little taller making the space look and feel much bigger! Moving the light up to add a bigger mirror helped make this area feel less busy and added the illusion of size in this bathroom also. A new can light that doubles as an exhaust fan in the shower helped make the entire room brighter! This renovation was well thought out and we absolutely loved being able to bring this dream to reality! Our newest bathroom remodel in Canton. Everything was removed and reconfigured to update this beautiful bathroom complete with dual shower controls and heads, stand alone tub, and Toto bidet! This bathroom was so well thought out and the homeowners just a fantastic job with the design!
