🏗️ Another exciting addition is taking shape at The Refinery in Garden City!

This week, we’re featuring another new business coming to the growing development Back Nine Indoor Golf! ⛳️

Located across the wiffle ball field from The Refinery, this new building will include a concession stand, restrooms, and the new Back Nine indoor golf facility.

It’s exciting to see this area continue to grow and bring new opportunities for recreation, entertainment, and business to Garden City!

We’re looking forward to seeing this project come together and can’t wait to see Back Nine open its doors. ⛳️

We had a special weekend in Dodge City celebrating the dedication of Sacred Heart Cathedral Catholic School! ❤️💙

On Friday evening, Nick and Julie had the privilege of attending an Evening of Gratitude, where the school took time to recognize and thank the many individuals and organizations who helped make this incredible project possible.

Saturday continued with a beautiful Dedication Mass, followed by the blessing of the school. It was an honor to see this project come full circle and to celebrate the exciting future ahead for Sacred Heart students, faculty, and the entire community.

GMCN Architects is proud to have played a part in bringing this vision to life. We are grateful to Sacred Heart Cathedral Catholic School for trusting us to be part of such a meaningful project, and we look forward to seeing all the ways this new facility will serve generations of students to come!

🚧 Construction is underway! 🚧

Work has officially begun on the Security State Bank Technical Center at Garden City Community College, and progress is already taking shape!

The under-slab plumbing and electrical have been installed, and crews are now pouring the concrete slab. Up next, the metal building structure will be arriving soon—bringing the project to another exciting milestone! 🏗️

We’re proud to be part of this project and look forward to watching the Security State Bank Technical Center come to life and support the future of technical education at GCCC.

Things are really starting to come together! 👏

Every week brings exciting progress, and it's fun to see this project transform from plans on paper into a space the community will soon enjoy.

Here's what's happening on site:
⚾ The wiffle ball field is being prepped for turf and netting.
🏓 The pickleball courts are ready for striping and nets.
🎤 The main stage is framed and getting ready for its metal wall panels.
☀️ The shade structures are complete and just waiting for TVs, lighting, and fans to bring them to life.

It's exciting to imagine families gathering, friends competing, and community events filling this space in the near future. We're proud to be part of a project that's creating a place for people to connect, play, and make memories.

Progress continues at Greeley County Schools in Tribune, Kansas!

The new gymnasium is taking shape as the wood athletic flooring is now being installed, bringing the space one step closer to welcoming students and athletes. Meanwhile, renovation work in the new locker rooms is nearing completion as crews put the finishing touches on the upgraded facilities.

We're excited to see this project come together and are proud to help create spaces that will serve the students, staff, and community for years to come. Best of all, the project remains on schedule for completion in time for the start of the new school year!

Construction progress continues at Sacred Heart Cathedral Catholic School in Dodge City!

Exterior work is moving forward with sidewalks being formed and masonry planter boxes nearing completion. Inside, crews are installing finishes, casework, toilet partitions, and decorative light fixtures as the building continues to take shape.

We're excited to remain on schedule for completion at the end of July, allowing students and staff to begin the new school year in their new facility this August. Stay tuned for more updates as we move closer to the finish line!
