New construction in Costa Mesa just completed — approx. 5,000 sq ft of thoughtfully designed living space.
We took this project down to the ground and rebuilt it from scratch, bringing a timeless Colonial-style home to life. One of the biggest challenges was navigating the full public works scope — permits, street improvements, utility upgrades and craftsmanship in detailings - all while keeping the project moving efficiently.
The end result balances classic architecture with modern functionality. The exterior showcases true Colonial style, detailed siding, and a welcoming covered entry. Inside, every finish was carefully curated — full-height inset shaker cabinetry, double kitchen island, custom millwork, wainscoting, and designer lighting throughout. Bathrooms are finished with marble-look tile and custom vanities for a clean, elevated feel.
Site development also included a new swimming pool with a built-in whirlpool bath, completing the outdoor living scope.
