🏡 MID-MAY MỚI BẮT ĐẦU, GIỜ FOUNDATION ĐÃ XONG!
Một project khác tại Westminster, Orange County đang đi đúng tiến độ với Modern Muse Construction.
Từ khu đất phía sau nhà, project này sẽ trở thành một Detached ADU 1,133 sq.ft. gồm:
✨ 3 bedrooms
✨ 2 bathrooms
✨ Kitchen, living, dining
✨ New porch
✨ Remodel thêm khu kitchen & dining của nhà chính
Hiện tại, phần foundation đã hoàn thành — nhìn thì chỉ là bê tông, nhưng đây chính là phần “xương sống” quyết định căn ADU sau này có chắc, đẹp và bền hay không.
Xây ADU không phải chỉ đợi tới lúc lên framing mới thấy vui. Với tụi mình, từng bước từ site prep, grading, footing, slab cho tới foundation đều phải làm kỹ ngay từ đầu.
Vì nhà đẹp bắt đầu từ phần người ta ít nhìn thấy nhất. 😄

Another Westminster project is moving forward with Modern Muse Construction.
This project includes a new 1,133 sq.ft. detached ADU with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining, a new porch, plus a kitchen and dining remodel for the main house.
The foundation is now completed — and while it may look like “just concrete,” this is one of the most important stages of the entire build.
A solid ADU starts long before the finishes go in. It starts with proper site work, grading, footing, slab, and a foundation done right.
