We still have office in Orange County where Bob thou officialy retired, comes on Wednesdays as some old clients would not let him go & wait for him. Also very bussy here in Lycerne Valley with general house & commercial buildings repairs, electric gate instalations AC..

As you see, we don't advertise even minimum. Now that Bob is retired & moved to Upper Desert in San Bernardino, our original office is still in Garden Grove where Bob goes each Wednesday, as old clients wait for him to do needed repairs.

Aug. 2, 2019. Hot, hot, hot in OC Southland!!!

Hope your A/C is working OK. Still, too many of you wait very hot weather for servicing, repairing, or installing new A/C. Do you know how hot is up on roof or in your addict? Should prices go up as temperature?

Hi Southland people. It is time to check your AC units and either service, fix or replace them. Please don't wait hot, hot temperatures to call as many people and businesses do, and some, have to wait and endure uncomfortable heat at their home or office until I am done with previous customer.

Dear, dear OC people. This hottest Summer ever is making our business extremely busy. Please service your A/C units on regular basis to avoid failure in function & needing of costly new unit as many are experiencing now. Thankful to many of our clients for excellent recommendations for our service as we never advertise for over 30 years, only by the word of the mouth of our satisfied customers. Thank you.

O, dear, dear Maukovich Bob Services LLC old and new Clients, as Bob said it so many times: "Please DO NOT wait for brutal hot weather in order to call A/C specialist as you may wait either for service, as we have abnormal amount of calls these days, or for ordered parts to come in, and you would live in your house as in oven.

On Friday, when Bob went to Lake Forest to fix non functioning A/C, he felt 127 F heat in their attic. Also, he is experiencing huge traffic, as shown here, bumper to bumper.

That is So. Cali for you, heat, fires and more broken ACs.

Please plan ahead and be patent with us.

Need any repairs in your house or business?
Need nice or used car or truck?
