Here are some photos of our recent tenant improvement work for Cedars-Sinai second floor lab space at Pacific Design Center. Martin Bros. performed the interior metal stud framing, drywall installation, finish taping, and exterior weather resistant acoustical panels.

Our team did great work on these beautifully crafted radiused ceiling soffits—adding a distinctive architectural detail to this buildout.

Here’s a look at our work at Habitat Workspace.

Our plaster team delivered exceptional craftsmanship throughout the lobby, applying Venetian plaster to create a refined and elegant finish. They also applied a raked-texture plaster using a custom-made notched trowel, achieving perfectly straight, evenly spaced lines with remarkable precision. The same technique was then carried over to the front desk, creating a seamless and cohesive design that complemented the plastered feature wall.

Our drywall team completed the interior wall systems throughout all floors, ensuring high-quality finishes across the project.

In addition, our division 10 specialties team installed restroom partitions and accessories, locker room shower accessories, lockers, and a variety of other specialty items, contributing to the functionality and overall completion of the building.

We would like to congratulate Mark Penna on his retirement and outstanding career!

Over the last forty-one years at Martin Bros., Mark has been an integral part of this company’s growth and success. Starting off in the field at age twenty-three and working his way up to General Superintendent, he then joined our office staff as Vice President of Operations in 2016, holding that position with Martin Bros. until his retirement in August of 2026.

Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment over the years. We wish you the best on this new chapter!

Martin Bros. was glad to welcome Tommy Bonacci, owner of Bomber Eyewear, to one of our jobsites! Tommy spent time with our field crews, conducting a few short interviews and handing out some fresh safety glasses.

Martin Bros. is proud to have completed work at Habitat Residences and Workspace. This 454,000-square-foot project includes a twelve-story with 260 multi-family residential units, and a six-story with approximately 260,000-square-feet of office space.
