☀️ We finally caught a little sunshine here in beautiful Gardendale, Alabama — the perfect day for a simple, clean landscape refresh that makes a big impact.

Sometimes, all a home needs is a straightforward, well‑designed landscape to bring out its curb appeal.

For this project, we installed tan bed‑edging stone and created fresh planting beds using some of our favorite 3‑gallon plant material, including:

🌿 Sunshine Ligustrum
🌿 Frostproof Gardenia

We finished everything off with fresh pine mulch for a nice, natural look.

In the backyard, our crew re‑graded the area and applied seed and straw to help stabilize the soil and prevent future erosion. Simple, practical, and effective. ✅

New heads, fresh lines, and full coverage to keep this lawn watered evenly and growing strong. 🌱💧

Our team has been busy bringing this beautiful Gardendale, Alabama landscape to life. 🌿🪻🌹🌸

We began by removing all existing plant material and re‑grading the beds to prepare for fresh installations.

Next, we overhauled the front irrigation system — replacing heads, screens, and nozzles, and repairing a few leaks to ensure everything runs efficiently.

To address erosion concerns, we installed gabion stone in key areas and tied several downspouts into 4” solid corrugated pipe to move water safely away from the home.

From there, we planted a stunning selection of new landscape material, including:

🌿 Purple Daydream Loropetalum
🌿 Variegated Pittosporum
🌿 Sunshine Ligustrum
🌿 Coral Drift Roses
🌿 Oakleaf Hydrangeas
🌿 Frostproof Gardenias
🌿 Japanese Maples
🌿 Limelight Hydrangea Trees

To finish the project, we installed bed‑edging stone and mulched the beds with natural pine. We also refreshed the backyard with long‑leaf pine straw for a clean, polished look. We are LOVING the results! 🤩

The Brooks project is nearing completion, and the transformation is truly impressive. 👏
This has been a large‑scale, three‑phase project, and we’re excited to share that the landscape phase is now officially complete.

Our team has delivered a full exterior refresh, including:

✅ Edging all landscape beds with clean, durable bed‑edging stone
✅ Installing a beautiful plant selection, including oakleaf hydrangeas and frost‑proof gardenias
✅ Spreading fresh rock throughout the beds for a crisp, finished look
✅ Regrading multiple areas of the yard and laying 28 pallets of new sod
✅ Grading two drainage flumes along the driveway and installing rock for improved water flow
✅ Reworking and fine‑tuning the irrigation system
✅ Plus several additional enhancements to elevate the entire property

We’re thrilled with how this project has come together and can’t wait to showcase the final reveal! 🤩
