The Ironwood Advantage Program is a collaboration between Ironwood Realty and Ironwood Renovations designed to help homeowners maximize their home’s value and profits when selling.

This program is ideal for sellers who have equity in their home but may not have the upfront funds needed to complete repairs, updates, or improvements that help a property sell faster and for top dollar.

That’s where we step in.

Through the program, we can fund the repairs, updates, and services needed to prepare the home for market, with payment deferred until closing (fees apply).

Another full bathroom remodel wrapped up in Mount Olive, Alabama. This one was taken all the way down to the studs and completely rebuilt from scratch. Every fixture was relocated, every surface was updated, and every detail was touched along the way.

Another unique project wrapped up in Tarrant! We replaced an oversized front door on this beautiful 1930s home with a custom-made door built to fit the original opening perfectly.

After installation, we trimmed everything out, caulked all gaps for a clean seal, and finished it off with paint to tie everything together. It’s always rewarding bringing new life to older homes while keeping their original character intact.

Another one of those “looks good from far away” DIY drywall repairs. 👀

This wall is a perfect example of why lighting matters so much when it comes to drywall finishing. In the first photo, with soft lighting and no harsh angle, the wall actually looks fairly flat and acceptable. But in the second photo, once the light hits across the surface, every ridge, lap mark, hump, and low spot shows up immediately.

That’s why professional drywall work isn’t just about making the patches disappear straight-on — it’s about making them disappear under ALL lighting conditions.

We spent time correcting heavy buildup, uneven mud work, and visible transitions left from a previous DIY patch attempt to get this wall back where it needs to be before paint.

Lighting tells the truth. 💡

Repeat clients are the best compliment we can get 🙌

We had the opportunity to help one of our returning clients at their new home in Gardendale, and knocked out a couple upgrades to improve both safety and privacy.

✔️ Installed new handrails on the front brick steps (these will be painted soon to match the home)
✔️ Replaced about 75 feet of old fencing with a brand new shadow box privacy fence
✔️ Added a gate for easy access and functionality

Wrapping up another Ironwood Advantage property and keeping it real—because not every project goes exactly to plan.

Behind every clean, finished space is some not-so-pretty work. This one came with a few “dirty details”… like replacing the guts in both toilets and cutting off rusted bolts just to get the tanks off. Not glamorous, but necessary to do it right.

That’s the difference. We don’t cut corners, and we don’t ignore the hidden issues. We handle them head-on so the next homeowner walks into a house that’s solid from the inside out.
