Love this mild weather in December. Thank you to all of our customers that are willing to wait until the spring to finish their projects. We have been very busy and productive over the last few months, but have ran out of time for this season. Our plan is to work until Christmas Eve and then shut it down until March when the ground warms back up. We are very blessed for our past and future customers. The trust and commitments we have earned In our community was not always easy, but I am proud of the hard work and dedication we have put into this adventure. I want to thank Karlee for being on the front lines with scheduling and customer service and Charles for standing by my side on every project. I also want to thank my wife for never giving up on taking care of the house and kids while I was out running my business. She works full time and still keeps everything under control. I also want to thank all of my business partners and associates for the continuous work and joint ventures together. A big shout out to my marketing team for keeping us at the top of a competitive Kansas City market. It's really unbelievable how much work goes into having our name and contact info available to customers that are looking for concrete repair. With that being said our referrals and reviews have really took off this year and helped us get through this year more than ever before. When someone says word of mouth drives a small business, they are telling the truth.
