Big shout out to Tillamook Custom Homes - JLT!

More progress on the Vandercoevering shop.

We are in the process of installing the interior finish plywood that will then be painted. Then installing the 7 shop doors.

WOW 😍! Look at the size of this HUGE shop. We're installing trusses on the Vandecoevering's stick-built shop. This shop will help maintain the Advanced Excavation, Inc. fleet.

The Bay View Apartments are finished!

Here is the JLT crew in front of the finished apartments.

Without the dedication and hard work of these men, along with the help of a great group of sub-contractors, many of those who have weathered the same storms as us. We are all happy to say that final occupancy has been achieved.

The finishing touches are happening at the Bay View Apartments in Garibaldi, and the Now Reserving banner is up!

BayView Apartments in Garibaldi are nearly finished.

The parking lot was paved on Monday and the crew is installing cabinets and hardware this week!
