"I just wanted to drop you a formal note to say THANK YOU and to tell you how impressed I am with your warranty support. I had a minor leak point at my water heater vent and the resolution you provided was AMAZING! I was more than impressed. You didn’t just put a band-aid on the roof, you did major surgery to ensure the problem would never occur again AND you also did the cosmetic touch up so you’d never know anything happened!. I’m just absolutely impressed. This just isn’t a level of service that we routinely see in anything!

I also want to say that Alberto Mendez was also exemplary. He was great at assessing the issue and solving the issue, but more importantly he ensured that I knew exactly what had been accomplished. He took the time to show me what he did picture by picture. Yes, he was charming too, but it was clear he knew his craft well! I suspect he’s a star at Big D and I appreciate what he did.
