At Pimar Handcrafted Concrete & Coatings, we specialize in high-quality decorative and performance concrete surfaces—and we’re ready to train the right person.
🔧 What You’ll Do:�* Prepare surfaces using professional equipment (grinders, polishers, etc.)�• Install coatings like epoxy, metallic finishes, and overlays�• Assist with concrete prep, pouring, and finishing�• Keep job sites clean and organized
💪 What We’re Looking For:�* Strong work ethic and attention to detail�• Comfortable with physical work (lifting up to 80 lbs, standing for long periods)�• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license�• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions�• Team player with a “can-do” attitude
📋 Qualifications:�* Ability to pass a background check�• Ability to follow complex directions and work seamlessly as part of a team�• 3+ years of general construction experience preferred but we are willing to train motivated applicants with a strong desire to learn the trade
