Excellent at multitasking
Strong organization skills
Bi-Lingual a must
Ability to travel a must
Ability to build relationships
Experience in construction staffing/ construction positions for skilled labor
Able to deal with a diverse workforce
Experience in hiring employees a plus
REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED:
The recruiter must be an organized individual who has strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish. The recruiter must be driven and self-motivated who is looking for the next level in their career. This recruiter would be expected to find creative and innovative ways to reach potential candidates that would be a perfect fit for our clients. Thinking outside the box is encouraged in this position.
Daily Duties include, but not limited to:
Daily contact with candidates, applicants and employees
Assist all branches in the company to help fill current job openings
Screening Emails, Resumes and voicemails
High volume of outgoing calls to screen potential candidates for employment
Scheduling interviews
Conducting interview and going over all employment paperwork, written and ability tests
Run background checks, E-Verify and drug tests on new hires
Keep organized records of potential candidates, interviews and all current employees

REQUISITOS PARA CONSIDERAR:
El reclutador debe ser una persona organizada que tiene fuertes habilidades en la comunicación por oral y escrita tanto en inglés como en español. El reclutador debe ser impulsado y auto motivado que está buscando alcanzar el siguiente nivel en su carrera. Se espera que este reclutador encuentre formas creativas e innovadoras para alcanzar a los posibles candidatos que serían un encaje perfecto para nuestros clientes. En esta posicion, se promueve el pensar fuera de la caja.
Los deberes diarios incluyen, pero no se limitan a:
Contacto diario con candidatos, postulantes y empleados
Ayudar a todas las oficinas del Sureste a llenar los puestos vacantes actuales
Revisar correos electrónicos, mensajes de voz CV y
Gran volumen de llamadas salientes para seleccionar posibles candidatos para el empleo
Programación de entrevistas
Realización de entrevistas y revisión de todos los trámites de empleo, pruebas escritas y de capacidad.
Realice verificaciones de antecedentes, E-Verify y pruebas de dr**as en los nuevos empleados
Mantener registros organizados de posibles candidatos, entrevistas y todos los empleados actuales.
