Are you a construction pro with a keen eye for detail and a knack for keeping projects on track? Shield Exteriors is looking for a dedicated Install Manager to lead our install and back end team. At Shield, we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship and protecting our clients' homes—and we need a leader who shares those values.

The Role

As our Install Manager, you will be the bridge between our various teams and the final, completed roof. You’ll be responsible for the "life cycle" of a project once the contract is signed, ensuring every install meets our high standards for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling & Logistics: Manage the master installation calendar to ensure crews are deployed efficiently and projects stay on timeline.

On-Site Oversight: Visit job sites to oversee installs, manage crew performance, and ensure strict adherence to our protocols.

Service Coordination: Manage and coordinate service calls and warranty repairs, ensuring quick and professional resolutions for our customers.

Sales Liaison: Act as the technical expert for the sales team, answering questions regarding job feasibility, materials, and specialized install requirements.

Quality Control: Perform final walkthroughs to ensure every asphalt and metal roof meets the "Shield Exteriors Standard."

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a candidate who balances technical expertise with strong leadership skills.

Experience: Prior management experience in construction or roofing is required.

Licensing: Must hold a valid General Contractor (GC) License.

Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of residential construction and roofing systems, specifically asphalt shingles and metal roofing.

Communication: Ability to manage our install crews while maintaining a professional relationship with the sales department and homeowners.

Reliability: A clean driving record is essential.
