Last year’s transformation that never made it to the page! 👀

This homeowner reached out to us because their existing lake access steps were beginning to retain moisture and rot away. We removed the old timber steps and replaced them with Iron Range-colored precast concrete steps built to last.

To complete the project, we installed a beautiful paver patio that wraps around to the back door, creating a functional sitting area that’s perfect for enjoying the lake.

This home was ready for a complete transformation. We began by demolishing the existing concrete retaining wall and walkway, replacing them with a durable charcoal retaining wall system and a beautiful new paver walkway that greatly enhanced the home’s curb appeal.

One of the more unique aspects of this project was the front entry. To ensure a seamless and long-lasting transition into the home, we custom-built a new step and finished it with bullnose pavers, creating a clean, attractive, and functional entrance.

After a busy week, we've finished a major upgrade. The timber steps had become outdated and were no longer easy to use. We tore out the old steps and put in new pre-cast concrete steps with rip rap rocks along the sides, and topped it off with two paver landings and a handrail for easier access.
