👋 A LITTLE ABOUT ME — ALEX, OWNER OF HAYES PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LLC!

For those of you who may not know me yet, my name is Alex, and I own Hayes Property Management LLC here in the Brainerd Lakes Area!

I started this business back in 2022 with a goal of building something of my own and turning my passion for working outdoors into a business I could be proud of. Since then, we’ve had the opportunity to take on some awesome projects, meet some great people, and help homeowners bring their ideas to life.

One of my favorite parts of what I do is taking a property that needs some work and transforming it into something the homeowner can be proud of. Whether it’s a new paver patio, boulder wall, shoreline restoration, or a complete backyard makeover, I enjoy seeing each project come together from start to finish.

I take a lot of pride in the work we do and appreciate every customer who trusts us with their property. Growing this business and continuing to take on bigger and better projects is something I’m excited about!

Another outdoor transformation we’re proud of! 🔥

This was a super fun project! We removed the old wood steps and replaced them with beautiful precast concrete steps, finished off with a custom metal handrail featuring low-voltage lighting. The result is a clean, updated look with improved safety and functionality!

We’re already looking forward to next year, with some exciting projects like this one in the works!

From a hazardous, uneven path to a safer, finished entryway—this cabin step transformation is a major upgrade! 🔥

The old timber steps had become a serious safety concern, with rough surfaces and slippery rock landings making the approach difficult to navigate.

We removed the timber steps and replaced them with durable precast concrete steps, then added Rochester paver landings for a cleaner, more stable, and finished look.

And we’re not done yet! 👀

Stay tuned for the final results, featuring a custom metal handrail and low-voltage lighting to complete this cabin entryway.

This shoreline was overdue for a change! 🌊

After years of Mille Lacs ice pushing the shoreline around and dragging rock back into the lake, it was time for a complete overhaul.

We removed all of the existing rock and installed filter fabric to create a proper separation between the shoreline and the new rock. Once the shoreline was prepped, we finished the project by spreading premium black dirt and seeding the disturbed areas to reestablish a clean, beautiful green lawn.

Another shoreline transformation completed and another lake home ready to enjoy!

✨ There’s nothing like a fresh upgrade to transform your backyard! ✨

These existing timber steps were ready for an update, so we tore them out and replaced them with precast concrete steps for a clean, durable finish.

We topped it off with a Westbury Tuscany aluminum railing to tie everything together and give the space a finished, modern look.

Heavy rains can turn a good driveway into a mess FAST — deep ruts, washouts, standing water, and loose gravel can make your driveway difficult to use and even worse after the next storm.

💪 We just finished bringing this driveway back to life! We repaired the washouts, corrected the ruts, and rebuilt the surface using 3/4” crushed concrete, a great option for sloped driveways and areas that deal with heavy runoff.
