We began this one 2 days ago and it's coming right along! Thanks to Kelly Smith at 5K estates we have built two duplex units and 4 single family homes here this summer. 5K estates is coming along BEAUTIFULLY! I'm telling you folks, if you want a top quality, beautiful home you better come check these out before they sell out! This home marks the end of the project list for us here in 5K this year but don't worry, Kelly Smith has more homes coming to this wonderful neighborhood in the next 2 years! We are 3 1/2 days into this build and this is our progress at the end of the week! A few odds and ends to finish up inside, some roof sheeting and then doors and windows will complete our part of this build. This is going to be a beautiful 3 bedroom home! For now we are going to enjoy our weekend and we hope you all do too!

We spent the morning finishing up the framing on our last build and started this one after lunch today. Completed the layout on the foundation, spent some time making some custom changes and started putting those walls up! Another beautiful home is underway in 5K!
