Demo 13x17 subfloor, carpet, original hardwoods fron the 1920's , subflooring. 6 ft of double band sill, and main center beam removed /reinstalled due to termites damage causing broken joist and floor to cave in. ball new 2x8 joist installed, 3/4 T&G subflooring, and we installed new smartcore Lvp.
