By far, one of our favorite kitchens that we've remodeled!
After doing multiple jobs for this couple in Rock Hill, SC. They reached out to us again, this time for us to remodel their kitchen. We met with them, and they told us what they wanted. After the homeowner put a scope of work together. We waited for them to let us know whenever they were ready. After the demolition and electrical rough-in were done. We got to work. We removed the partition wall/non-load-bearing wall. The homeowner mentioned that they wanted tile on the floor. We recommended removing the subfloor planks. We replaced the plank with plywood for more support. We removed the exterior door and window and laid down brick to cover the opening from the window and door. We then installed insulation on the walls and ceiling. After, we hung mud and sanded the drywall. We then primed and painted the wall and ceiling with the paint color provided to us. After we got done with the paint, we laid down backerbaord and laid the tile and grout. After the tile was installed. Custom cabinets and countertops were installed. We then did the plumbing for the drain and supply line. We then started working on the trims. We installed the crown molding, made new trims for the window, and installed the baseboard. After the electrician installed the fixtures. We ended the project by installing subway tiles and installing the range hood with ductwork to match the appliances. With the help of this couple and their ideas, what was once a small kitchen with barely any space, and it turned out to be an amazing kitchen designed and laid out by them!! Can't even tell that it's the same kitchen!!

After dealing with previous contractors, the owner of this laundry mat got in contact with a client whom we previously did work for, and got in contact with us. He had mentioned to us that he's going to update all his new machines and wanted to go ahead and remodel the laundry mat as well. He had mentioned to us that the previous contractors took long on the other laundry mat and barely showed up to work. That it took the contractors 3 MONTHS!! We took no more than 2 weeks, and that was working with other contractors during this project. We had mentioned to him that we were going to work very late to be done with this project as soon as possible, and that way, he could open sooner. What he wanted was a room for his 2 kiosk and to prevent anyone from entering. We framed the walls with wood since he didn't want us to use steel framing. After we built the room, we got to work on the drywall. After we got done with the drywall, we got to work on the paint. Once the room for their kiosk was completed, he wanted us to add shiplap on the walls for an accent. After sanding and priming the shiplap walls. We painted it an eggshell mineral ore from Sherwin-Williams. Since we were painting on the shiplap walls, he wanted us to also paint one of the walls for a red accent. He had mentioned to us that he also wanted a mop station, which we built for him. After looking at the final results, he wanted us to install metal panels on the walls to finish this modern laundry mat. While working, a lot of his customers were excited and couldn't wait to see the final result. Now the customers are happy with the new laundry mat. He made a good investment for his customer because what matters is that the customer is always happy.

Let's finish up your unfinished basement!!
A homeowner had reached out to us, mentioning to us that they wanted to convert this small area of their unfinished basement into a bathroom with a small kitchen. They handed us a sketch of what they wanted. After the permits were approved, we got to work on the framing. Once the framing was completed. They had hired a separate company for the plumbing while we worked on the rough-in for the electrical and HVAC system. Once the inspection passed, we worked on the drywall and painting. After we got done painting, we installed all the fixtures and receptacles. We then installed flooring underlayment and installed the flooring they picked out. After the flooring was installed, we installed the baseboard and quarter round and painted it semi-gloss white. After we were done, and the plumbing company had finished installing the fixtures. Everything passed inspection. Let us know if you have any unfinished areas in your basement!!

When we say we do it all, we mean it!!
A client was in search of contractors in their area. Fortunately for them, they found us. We met with the client, and they mentioned that they wanted to fix this house, and if it was possible. But for us, there is no impossible project. At the initial meeting, we asked them to always get opinions and quotes from other contractors. They told us that they trust us and they weren't going to check with anyone else. In this home, we removed the old siding, and for no further issues, we also replaced the sheathing. Because if we're going to do something, we're going to do it right! We then replaced all the windows and installed new trims throughout the house. They then wanted us to fix the foundation on which we had jacked up the house temporarily. We then installed the vinyl siding. After removing 2 layers of shingles and making repairs in the roof, we laid synthetic underlayment for the roofing. After they picked out what shingles they wanted, we installed them. After the shingles were installed, we installed 6-inch black seamless gutters. We then worked on the interior. We then leveled the floor in the dining and kitchen. They mentioned to us that they wanted to open up the wall between the living room and the kitchen. That is exactly what we did. After talking to our engineers and lumber specialist. We determined what lumber and width to use for the load-bearing beam. We noticed that the living room subfloor had a hump and soft spots, and upon removing the subfloor to level it, we noticed that the floor joists were damaged by termites. We notified the homeowners. They were worried about the cost going up. The thing with us, we're fair, and we understand the unexpected things that can happen when working on abandoned or older homes. We replaced the floor joist in the living room and bedroom. Now they don't have to worry about their floor falling down or soft spots. We then ran and replaced all the electrical throughout the house. Upon further inspection, we noticed that some of the existing waterlines have cracked and leaked. So we recommend replacing all the waterlines to not worry about any leaks in the future. We installed a new hot water heater for them. They also replaced all the HVAC systems throughout the house. We did some framing adjustments before installing the drywall. After the drywall was hung, mudded, and sanded, we left it ready to be painted. The owners wanted to take care of the painting and flooring. We then decorated the load-bearing beam. They were surprised by our ideas and vision. They're happy with our work, and they left us a note.

Got outdated windows? Let's change that!!
This returning customer had mentioned to us that he has difficulty cleaning his current windows and wanted to change from wood to vinyl. He told us that he wanted to change all 12 single-panel windows to double-hung grid windows. He was worried that he wasn't going to find multi-windows the same size as his original windows. We told him to not worry and to leave that matter to us. After the windows were ordered and delivered, we started replacing the windows. We always place down flashing tape and insulation foam to prevent any air from entering or exiting. We also always replaced the old window trims and painted the new window trims. The good thing about our windows is that if they get damaged, we replace them no questioned ask! Now he tells us that the temperature of the house is stable, and it won't be hard for him to clean his windows!!

If you're having difficulty entering your well house to maintain your well pump. We can fix that issue!!
The landlord had called us, saying that they would be in town and wanted us to build a new well house for them since their old well house was outdated. We met and talked about what he wanted to do and what materials to use. Once we had a scope of work, we started doing the demolition. We reframe the walls to be taller so he would have easy access. We then installed the sheathing with house wrap. We then installed the roof underlayment and installed the shingles. We installed vinyl soffit and installed a solid-core steel door to prevent any damage in the future. We then install a light fixture for him to maintain his well pump. We also installed insulation and placed a v***r barrier. Throughout the process of this project, we kept the landlord updated, sending pictures since they lived in Virginia. Once he saw it in person, he called us to let us know that he loved the work!!

A bit of the future and past!!
The owners of this historic home reached out to us upon doing previous work for them in their old house. They had mentioned to us that they wanted to update their new home. We talked and worked on the scope of work. Upon the approval of the Historic District Commission, we started the demolition. We demoed 2 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms that the owner had mentioned he wanted to expand. We framed out a wall and expanded the master bathroom. We built a custom shower and moved the plumbing for the vanity. We got rid of the rotted subfloor. We repair the plaster walls that have cracks or texture. We also ran electrical wire since he wanted 2 fixtures above the mirror. We then installed a double sink vanity, a new toilet, and a shower door. We then started to work on the guest bathroom, in which we replaced the tub, vanity, fixtures, and toilet. After we completed both bathrooms, we then started working on the wall repairs throughout the house. After the walls were repaired, we then primed and painted the color of choice. The owner painted the cabinets, and we installed the new quartz countertop with a white subway tile. We also installed new fixtures and appliances throughout the house. Our goal is for you to enjoy your home after we are done working on it!!

If you notice something unusual on your ceiling, give us a call to prevent any further damage!!
A homeowner we did work for at his church reached out to us, telling us that his ceiling had collapsed due to a leak. We quickly met up with him, and fortunately, no one was hurt. We had explained to him that we can definitely fix it, but it would be hard to find the same exact flooring. We recommended replacing the flooring since it was cut by the restoration team. But we explained to him that we would do our best to get a flooring that looks alike. He agreed. We ordered and delivered the floor. But before we installed the floor, we hung mud and sanded the drywall on the ceiling. Once the drywall was ready, we painted the walls and ceiling. Once the painting was complete, we finally installed the flooring. Now it looks like nothing happened!!

ALWAYS HIRE A RELIABLE AND REPUTABLE COMPANY LIKE US!!!
Here we have a bedroom that was done by a contractor who never finished the project. The owner had contacted us since it was his childhood home, and he wanted to live there. He had told us that a previous contractor had worked on this project. Upon inspection, we noticed things that weren't right throughout the house. We agreed to focus on the master bedroom first, so he could see our craftsmanship. But one of the problems we noticed was that the closet floor wasn't at the same level as the bedroom floor, and that the wall-mount fireplace wasn't installed properly. The previous contractor also placed new plywood on top of the rotted subfloor. We started off by applying more coats to the drywall and sanding it to have it ready for paint. We repaired the holes in the drywall. We installed new trims on the windows. We also installed baseboard as well. We built custom shelves for him. We replaced the existing subfloor and the rotting subfloor and installed new plywood to level the floor since he was going to install carpet on the flooring. Lastly, we paint the walls and trim to his liking.

Even the small bathrooms can look amazing!!
We did this bathroom for a returning customer. They had mentioned to us that they wanted a smooth ceiling and wide crown molding installed in their bathroom. We skim-coated the ceiling and walls since the walls were badly damaged. We also installed a brand new door. We primed the walls and painted the trim and doors. They then installed beautiful green wallpaper in the bathroom and installed a glass door for the tub. We hope that these pictures will help you out when planning on remodeling your bathroom!!
