Bindi’s on the job! 🦺🐾

As your favorite Project Manager, I’m making my rounds to ensure everything is running smoothly.

✔️ Framing? Looking good.
✔️ Crew? Keeping busy.
✔️ Job site? Up to my standards.
❌ Treat supply? Still unacceptable.

My management style is simple: supervise closely, inspect everything twice, and make sure everyone stops to tell me I’m a good girl and rub my belly.

Meanwhile, Millie’s official statement from the office:
“Please stop telling people I’m part of management. I attended one meeting, it had people… and now I’m working remotely forever.” 🙈🐾

Some dogs run the job site. Others avoid it entirely. 😂

🏡🔨 Progress Update: Framing Taking Shape! 🔨🏡

Another exciting milestone on this custom build! The garage level is framed, the upper walls are going up, and the roof structure is beginning to take shape. It’s always rewarding to watch a project transition from foundation and concrete to a structure you can finally visualize.

Every board, beam, and detail is part of the process of building it right from the ground up. Our team is pushing forward and one step closer to bringing this vision to life.

🚨 Bindi & Millie Are Back From Their Hiatus 🚨

After an extended leave of absence, multiple naps, several snack breaks, and absolutely zero concern for office productivity, Bindi & Millie have officially returned to work.

Bindi has already taken control of the company vehicle and is heading out to inspect job sites. We assume she has a license, but HR is still looking into it.

Millie, on the other hand, is still an introvert and would prefer all meetings be conducted by email, text message, or not at all. Her ideal contribution to the company is silently judging everyone from across the room while avoiding eye contact.

The girls would like everyone to know they are fully caught up on:

✅ Neighborhood surveillance
✅ Squirrel investigations
✅ Treat inventory management
✅ Avoiding unnecessary social interactions (Millie)
❌ Actual construction work

Don’t worry… the project managers are back. Bindi is handling transportation, Millie is handling social distancing, and together they’re making sure absolutely nothing gets done without proper snack breaks.

🚧 Another Milestone Reached! 🚧

We’re excited to share that the foundation inspection has officially passed, and we’re now moving into the next phase — concrete day! 🏗️

From site prep and block work to stone, v***r barrier, reinforcement, and final inspection approvals, every step matters in building a strong foundation for the home above. Today marks the transition from preparation to progress as the slab is poured and this project starts taking shape.

At GHI, we believe the quality of a project starts long before the finishes are installed. A properly prepared and inspected foundation is what ensures long-term durability, stability, and peace of mind for our clients.
