Just finished up this project yesterday. We had to pull the whole patio deck, correct the footing on the wall that didn’t have a gravel base. It is now a functioning patio that you walk and sit on without tripping or your chair leaning. This job has been so rewarding to see it come together. A patio that was install improperly 10 years ago has taken a week to get it back to perfect. We had to pull both ends of the retaining wall supporting the patio due to settling. Rebuilt the base, rebuilt the walls, raised the base on the patio and reset the pavers. It was challenging but rewarding to watch it come together to please another customer and they now have their patio back and they can enjoy it the way it was meant to be.
