Heres a pool house we wired for Book Construction with an area for barbeques which includes a kitchenette and a firepit. Installed with its own 100 amp sub-panel and a 60 amp receptacle for his camper.

Rewire and service upgrade on a duplex in Charlotte.

Inpection report stated, "Some of the lights didnt respond to the switches. Trey replacing light bulbs first."

It also said, No power ro several of the receptacles."

A thorough home inspector should have caught this.

We've started repairing the circuits, but this is the result of either angry tenants that were evicted or owners that were foerclosed on. Whatever they could see, they cut.
