Sneak peak at the flip. We are 9 days into renovations. Moving quick. Making lots of repairs and giving this house some major upgrades. Every sq ft is getting a makeover

Very pleased with this install. Moved existing service and updated to bring to code. Maintenance free for the customer and even threw some post lights to top it off with the "Colletti touch"
