Your roof might not be failing from storms… it might be cooking from the inside out.

Most homeowners never think about ventilation—but it’s one of the most critical parts of your entire roofing system.

Here’s what’s actually happening:

When your attic isn’t properly ventilated, heat and moisture get trapped inside. In Florida, attic temps can hit 130–160°F+ easily. That heat has nowhere to go… so it starts attacking your roof system from below.

🔺 Shingles overheat and prematurely age
🔺 Underlayment dries out and becomes brittle
