Simple Bathroom Refresh we were able to knock out in ONE DAY!
We pulled out the existing vanity & toilet before finishing where the client left off with the Wainscoting. Once that was done it was time for new baseboard and chair rail molding for a polished and classy finish. We then installed waterproof LVP flooring, a brand new toilet, & a brand new vanity. Overall it is a beautiful transformation that was budget friendly and quick to finish!

Update on the mud room addition project! The footing has been poured and we start laying block tomorrow. I’m excited to get to framing 🔨

I don’t usually take roofing jobs. I spent my summers in high school roofing vacation houses and cabins along the Lake Superior coastline with my grandfather and it put a sour taste in my mouth when it comes to laying shingles 😅

This client had a challenge and I’m a sucker for solving hard problems. There were multiple points where the roof from the original 100+ year old farmhouse, the addition, and the newer garage all meet that leaked.

The roof sheathing was mush and several framing members were water damaged. I tore it all out, replaced it, and patched in a couple new bundles of shingles. That should do the trick!

Here is what we have been working on this week: A 6’ x 6’ Mud Room addition to the front of this home. We got the demo & prep work done, dug out for the foundation, and set the forms for the footer. Fun stuff 💪

Here’s a big one we just finished today 😮‍💨 Replaced 2 sliding patio doors, lots of rotten trim, and put a fresh coat of paint/stain on all exterior surfaces and both decks. It wouldn’t have been so bad if we hadn’t gotten so much rain the last few weeks 😅

Well, it was a nice break while it lasted! We are back in operation today after taking last week off. Currently booked out pretty far so not taking on much handyman work, looking at remodels and additions to fill out the rest of the year!
