Creative world school #2 in the books! This one didn't require as extensive work as the Oviedo location but we feel it made a huge improvement in the looks of the place by updating the landscaping. We also planted 4 Red Maple trees to break up the view from the adjoining business parking lot. Possibly one more of these schools in the job pipeline so be sure to follow to see that one.

Creative world school #2 for us. This one won't be a full relandscape like the school but the school is going to be getting the beds in front of the building redone similar to Oviedo and adding some trees along the front to break up the view from the road looking in. I wish I had taken before pictures of what this lawn looked like when we took it over. It still has some areas to be addressed but in just 2 months it's completely turned around from what it started out as. Unfortunately the whole yard is covered in surface level tree roots resulting in high amounts of turf damage from zero turns mowing over the oak tree roots creating ruts, thin, and bald spots all over. We put down some high quality top soil in those areas to encourage the St. Augustine runners to fill in. We started cutting with a walk behind mower and then we had our treatment crew Troy Services LLC come in for the fertilization and pest control on the property along with GroundUp Property Services, Inc. For a irrigation system revamp with quarterly irrigation checks and they both have been doing a fantastic job getting this place back in shape.

Little landscape refresh for one of our landscape maintenance customers. We have been cutting this one with a walk behind to get the turf damage to fill back in. To help with that we put down some Command top soil in the bald spots in the yard left by the previous landscape company mower and the lawn is filling in nicely👌. For today's project we trimmed back frost damage on the crotons, pulled out some leggy Azaleas and replaced with Schefflera Arboricola Trinette. Also installed a row of lorapetalum plum to give the landscape bed some depth, removed the philodendron on the end and filled in the bed with sod, and finally freshened up the pine bark mini nuggets.

A whole lot of work went into part one of this landscape revamp and the team absolutely knocked it out of the park. What started out as grown together and difficult to maintain landscaping is now freshly replanted and will be trimmed to keep in shape. Also we had to perform an extensive irrigation system overhaul and adjustment.

We also provide lawn maintenance, irrigation maintenance, along with fertilization and pest control for this property's turf and shrub areas, so as the plants and lawn fill out we'll get them trimmed into shape and be sure to post more pictures.

I'd like to thank Creative World School of Oviedo for trusting us to help them with this process.

Long one today but we got the phase 1 demo knocked out at Creative world school in . Install coming next weekend. Can't wait to see this transformation completed!

Forgot to get a before picture so y'all are gonna have to settle for a during and after. Must have been to excited to get to work😆. Our customer called us out wanting to rip everything out and start over. After some discussion they said they liked the bushes but not how overgrown they are so we gave them the option to just clean everything up and let them fill back out and that's what we did. The lorapetalum and viburnum bushes were all grown together and the Roebelenii palm needed a trim too. So we cut everything back, popped in 15 flax lilly to define the bed edge, then topped the bed off with fresh pine bark mini nuggets. It'll probably take the summer before they fill back out but they will fill in again.

Knocked out a landscape cleanup in . We resod the front and side yards, trimmed up the Roebelenii, trimmed down the overgrown hedge row so it can fill in and be maintained at a lower height, and finished it off by mulching the beds with pine bark mini nuggets.
