When getting a home inspection make sure they’re reliable and trustworthy. This inspector walked the attic and didn’t notice any of this. These were taking from the access hole. Clearly an animal has been chewing on the wires.

Is it possible that all these issues are found in one house? This is what happens when the price is too good to be true and the homeowner pays for materials while the “contractor” provides labor. We're not painting walls here people, we're doing major electrical work on your house! If they’re not licensed, insured and bonded they shouldn’t be in your house!

We have ourselves a doozy! Basement had over 9 feet of water for an unknown period of time. Proper permits have been submitted so hopefully power will be restored by the weekend.
