Do you or someone you know have drywall that needs replacing?

Here is a recent drywall repair we did!
A mirror was mounted incorrectly and a screw went into a drain pipe, where it stayed for quit a while. This caused the drywall damage. We carefully removed the section of affected drywall, patched it, and sanded the patch down smoothly. Finally, we painted the area making it so you could never tell the damage occurred in the first place!

Here is the most recent mirror removal we have completed.
> We were able to remove all 3 panels with no breakage.
To reclaim the wall we scrapped and sanded off old glue, spot primed, patched (2+coats), sanded, then finally primed the full wall to make ready for paint. Finally, the wall was painted with 2 coats.
> The trim below the mirror was cut down, so we replaced a few pieces of trim as well. Caulked new base and shoe, then painted with 2 coats.

When this material dries, it is stronger than drywall. We combine that material with a stronger than average joint tape.
