A little rain slowed us down yesterday but we are getting g our decking and fascia layouts right and going to frame up the skirting and steps next.

A little flooring install earlier this week to help our friends at Proudly Built Homes LLC. He really put together a nice addtion on this one. Simple, clean and great view doesn't get any better then that. Always recommend checking there work out, they do a great job.

Our homeowner's were finally able to get there shower glass in after a couple of adjustments on the opening, we are in business and I think we have ourselves another beautifully completed bathroom renovation under our belts and look forward to the next one . Big shout out to some of our favor people Mrs. Tammy and Mrs Kate / Mr. Mike for speaking highly of us and passing on the kind words to your friends about us, we truly appreciate you guys and the support you show us. ❤️ 😊 😀

All the old existing post out, new footers are in, ledger flashing done, ledger board installed and now we can start framing tomorrow !

Demoed all the way down now, homeowner's are going with a full rebuild now, definitely a easy on my mind knowing this thing is going to last them for the next 30 years.

About to give this property some life in the back yard, rebuilding this 16'x20' deck. Going to deck it out with some beautiful new trex decking, with composite railings and d**k top to match the deck, and going to give the underside skirting all the way around !! Stay tuned for this one
