Priority Property Services, LLC is hiring for full time positions effective immediately. Ideal candidates should have no less than 2 years home improvement/construction experience, reliable transportation, and a strong work ethic.

Also seeking subcontractors in the salisbury area(and 30- 40 mile radius around salisbury). We are open to speak with any contractors looking for work, but mostly interested in companies capable of providing multiple home improvement services (painting/drywall, flooring, cabinets, trim, etc. , rather than specific trades (only provide painting). All subcontractors must provide proof of license, General liability insurance and a w9 prior to being on boarded with our company.

Five years ago today, Priority Property Services, LLC began with a single goal: to build a better future through hard work and determination. What started as a one-man operation with a beat up Chevy truck and a basic tool kit has evolved into a full-scale construction and maintenance firm.

Today, we are proud to hit the five-year sustainability mark with a dedicated team of eight professionals, a fleet of service vehicles, and a diverse portfolio ranging from specialized maintenance to $200,000+ renovations and house flips. In 2023, we further expanded our reach by launching our professional cleaning division, focusing on beach house and post construction cleaning.

It feels great to finally unveil our latest project in Salisbury, Maryland, which was just wrapped up this week. We really couldn't be happier with the outcome of this project. Being able to fulfill the small but vital role we play in bringing these forgotten eastern shore treasures back to life for many years to come is such a wonderful feeling that renews each time we cross that finish line. This renovation in particular was nothing short of thorough and very exciting to watch come together. We hope this amazing house will become a home to the right family.

Priority Property Services, LLC is pleased to announce the start of our latest major renovation project. We are beyond grateful to be able to be involved in restoring some of these older homes that were once forgotten about in the beautiful city of Salisbury, MD. A big shout out to Even's Exterior LLC for the affordable and quality roof replacement they provided on this project. Also a huge thank you to Delmarva Waste Solutions for aiding in the disposal of those layers upon layers of old roofing and other related debris. Progress pictures will be posted in the coming weeks! 😁
