We are getting really close on our Alexandria, KY home build!

At this stage, we are working through the final punch list, inspections, and cleanup that come at the end of a new home construction project.

The big construction phases are behind us, and now it is all about the details — making sure everything is finished properly, cleaned up, and ready for the family to move in.

It has been exciting to watch this home go from an idea, to a foundation, to a fully built home.

We are almost to one of the best parts of the entire process — handing over the keys.

Thank you, Tom & Patty, for choosing Pegasus Roofing & Construction for your roof replacement! They chose Burnt Hickory for their new shingles, and the finished roof looks great. But this project also gave our team a unique challenge — space around the home was tight.

That is where having the right equipment and experience makes a difference.
We brought in our Equipter 4000, which allows us to raise the debris container right up near the roofline during tear-off. Instead of old shingles and roofing debris being tossed down around the home, we can keep the removal process much more controlled while helping protect landscaping, siding, walkways, and the property around the house.

Every home is different, and sometimes the job requires a little more planning, the right equipment, and a team that knows how to adapt.

Alexandria: We’re Getting CloseThis Alexandria, KY home build is getting very close to one of our favorite days — handing over the keys.

Paint is going on the walls, appliances are being installed, toilets and fixtures are going in, and the spaces we have watched come together from the ground up are starting to feel like a finished home.

At this stage, every day brings another detail into place. We have shared this project through the roof, siding, drywall, concrete, flooring, cabinets, countertops and so much more — and now we are getting close to seeing the family actually call it home.
That is what makes building so rewarding.

Things just keep moving on our Alexandria, KY home build!

The concrete has cured and is looking great, the countertops are in, and tile flooring is being laid.

This is one of our favorite stages of a custom home build because all those selections that once existed on paper start becoming part of the finished home.

We have followed this project through the major construction stages, and now the finishes are really starting to bring everything together.
