Lottie Pool Care is a local Family Georgetown Pool Company, that prides itself of going the extra mile for each customer. we are looking for a dedicated team member that can be a great asset for the company and a friend of Lottie Pool care to join the team. We merged with Family Pool Care last month and now have around 200 pools.

You must not only become a knowledgeable cleaning technician, but you must have a passion for doing a job well and serving your customers with enthusiasm. We realize those qualities are valued by many, and we want to compensate the right candidate well in exchange for their excellent performance.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Position is hourly or salary.

- Company truck, cleaning tools & pool vacuum are provided

- Company uniforms provided

- Guaranteed annual cost of living raises
- Paid time off begins accruing after 12 months of employment

Job Duties

- Test water and add chemicals as needed

- Empty skimmers and pump strainer

- Vacuum pool and remove debris from floor

- Brush steps, walls and tiles
- Skim debris off surface
- Check pool equipment
- Backwash filters
- Record work performed
- Quickly and clearly communicate with customers through ionpool care and messaging applications
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Clean driving record

- Valid TX driver's license

- Dependable and trustworthy

Will train for the right person

Knowledge and Abilities

- Proper swimming pool cleaning methods and techniques

- Proper use of swimming pool chemicals

- Plan, organize and schedule work

- Work independently and unsupervised
- Maintain positive and cooperative working relationship with co-workers
- Lift and carry objects weighing up to 100 pounds
- Stand for extended periods of time

Beautiful rock work at a customers pool and squeaky clean from our clean. Did you know you can have as many visits as you want a month and have alternating service between chemical checks?

Spring is here and the leaves and the bloom will clog up your skimmer and could ruin your equipment! If you have alot of oak and cedar trees your pool might turn to a tea color being over loaded with pollen. Be sure to clean your filters or have a Lottie Pool Care help you out.
