Upon the customer's request, we promptly arrived at their location due to an unpleasant odor coming from their shower drain. After a thorough examination and confirmation that there was no blockage, we proceeded to remove the shower trim for closer investigation. We discovered that the cartridge was corroded and leaking into the wall while the shower was in use. To solve this issue, we replaced the dripping cartridge along with the handle adapter and handle. We attended to a customer today who was struggling with a persistent wall-mount faucet issue. It wouldn't shut off due to missing screws on the spline adapters of both the cold and hot sides. The cold side spline was unfortunately also cut short, adding to the problem.
