Ever wondered why we mark roofs with chalk during an inspection? 🤠

It's actually one of the simplest ways we make the inspection process easier for homeowners.

As we inspect your roof, we'll mark things like hail impacts, damaged shingles, lifted flashing, or other areas that need attention.

With every single inspection, you'll receive a link to a complete photo report with all of the images and documented findings from your roof, so we can show you exactly what we found instead of just expecting you to take our word for it.

It's all about being thorough and transparent.

And don't worry, the chalk is temporary. 😂 It washes off or fades over time, but it helps make sure nothing gets missed while we're up there!
