Loved how this project came together! We added curved limestone borders around the front beds and side gate area, then filled them in with river rock and fresh mulch.
The stone edging really ties everything together, and the beds under the big oaks look so much cleaner now.

Water finding its way in where it shouldn't? 🐾💧 We installed new flashing to protect a doggie door and redirect water away Small detail, big improvement.

Cut, framed, and finished a custom dog for install. Had to relocate an electrical box and run new wires around the opening before framing and drywall repair could happen. A good reminder that even “simple” installs can turn into a bigger job once you open the wall!

Neither of these are the "wow" jobs, but they're the ones that actually save people headaches down the road.

Trim was busted up pretty bad on one side of the house — a corner chunk missing altogether. Instead of tearing it all out, I saved the original wood and matched the stain to it. You can't even tell it was damaged now.

Then there was a crack running over 28 feet along a pool patio, letting water sneak in underneath. Sealed the whole thing up so that stops being a problem.
