Do not I repeat. Do not let anyone seal your driveway under 40 degrees-45 degrees at night . Night is the importance in this . If it’s 45 during the day it’ll be well below in the night . Using the sealer I use and the gel warming technology in it , I go to work on days where the night is 40 and no more then 2 mph wind. Be careful. Get a professional . Get quality products and be patient, and Get it done 💪

Past couple days have been dark to dark hours running estimates , shaking babies and kissing hands. Oh man I messed that up a bit tired, but if I’m tired it’s a good sign . Quality and control department is thriving.

Other companies show up with helpers and equipment- this is a fact in most cases and alot cheaper material.
Where’s your money going? Not into your driveway .
It’s all going into overhead and their ability to pump out volume.
The bottom line is I give up time and the ability to deliver 3 driveways for 250$ once we start opening containers of sealer that are over 30$ and 3x thicker viscosity. You won’t catch a video on this profile of 3 guys on a driveway pushing puddles.
With the product I use, You have to scrub up and down and then side to side and we scrub our edges .
This is a thick product .
If you had emulsion before and it was from a real professional? I promise it wasn’t this. Once you say you have to go in a store and pull 40lb containers and they’re 3x the cost these companies are out. Forget about telling them it’s harder to do and you have to pay to dump the empty containers afterwards. They’re out of the conversation.

There’s levels to this . Normal asphalt sealer from anyone is supposed to be around .25 cents a sq. Ft. To .60 cents.
That is them using a tank pros for them?
Runs hose continuous work - no ripping containers apart and tossing them around 40 lbs. a piece.
- no disposal of the containers - which also costs money.
- never run out of product if your a little short just add water like pancake mix!!
$2.50 a gallon and that’s if they are buying top of the line tank sealer and not cutting at all!!

My way .65 cents a square foot lasts 3 years longer , “5 total for a longer life expectancy .
- hours of labor even for a small 30 ft by 18 I’m 2 hrs in.
- less volume = less money for me but a better product for you .
Tamper proof containers- they have a plastic tab that’s ripped off so you can tell containers have been opened!!!

If you see this post do your part in helping bring back quality work because the only way this works is if I scale this better next year and add a guy.
This is my 3rd year and no repeats because guess what!!??? They don’t need done.

But I run 3000$ of ads a month on Facebook and I get 30 estimates and not one person reads what I do differently and they go I’m going to get more estimates.

Ok great 👍 they will and should be less because there not playing in the same league no one in Delaware does this except homeowners this way because it doesn’t financially make sense for the company to give the best. Sadly ppl are so busy they work and pick the cheapest and don’t do research because they have no time until they come home a week after there driveways done and see fading everywhere and it’s to late you been burnt. 🥵

If you look on google I should be up to $1.20 a sq. ft and I might be next year so get in where you fit in!!!but I’m not at the moment I’m giving a crazy deal so there’s proof. Any time someone gets an estimate I typically point them to a neighbor within close distance to check that’s older so they see the durability of this product.

Please contact when ready I am a one man show and don’t have time for estimates for you to compare it’s not the same ballpark it isn’t the same sport . It’s like comparing a Honda to a Ferrari . $2.50 maybe watered to $1.25 or more a gallon and 45 minutes for a huge driveway or……… $34 for 4.75 gallons over 6$ a gallon when I get it for 30$ and hours of labor and cleaning ? My old man always said

B. Worker harder and smarter
C. I must work longer
D. Have the most experience with all types of sealer and have actual comparisons after years of different jobs applying all different methods even / brush , roller, squeegee , spray
