On May 4, 2022, Bob Stickels, General Manager of Joseph Family of Companies, was presented with the 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗺 𝗦𝗧𝗘𝗣 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 for Safety by Chris Baker, Chairman of ABC Delaware on behalf of Melvin L. Joseph Construction Company. The ceremony took place at the DuPont Country Club in Wilmington.

We were among just 3 companies that were presented with this prestigious award in recognition of our ongoing efforts of developing a quality safety program.

ABC’s Annual STEP Award program provides a vital, and objective method to measure safety program improvements within the member company’s operation.
