Weathercraft Roofing of Scottsbluff-Gering is now hiring for a sales & project manager position. Qualified applicants will have at least six months experience in sales and/or construction, good people skills, be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel and be able to handle and climb a 32 foot extension ladder.
Immediate Opening Available:
Job duties include managing leads, field measuring roofs and garage doors, estimating jobs, preparing proposals, selling jobs, overseeing projects, communicating with crew, customer service, and preparing invoices.
Regular job functions based out of Gering, but include travel out of town (needed and expected). Overnights very rare. Travel as needed usually 2-3 days per week, home nightly. Company vehicle included.
Clear DMV Record required.
Salary position with commission incentives. Customer base already established. 401(k) with match, company funded profit sharing, health insurance available.
Paid sick time, vacation and holidays upon accrual.
