We are in need of additional plow drivers to handle the current work loads of snow plowing and salting. This is not a sidewalk crew. We run all Ford Super Duties with both BOSS and Western plows. We have pick up box salters on most of our equipment.

Our routes consist of both commercial and residential properties in the northern Milwaukee, Ozaukee, and Washington Counties. (75% commercial, 25% residential)

Driver must have a valid drivers license. Pay will be based on experience.

Fall clean ups will be starting soon. There are still too many leaves on the trees to start the clean up process before winter.

Business is great at BADGER SNOW & LANDSCAPE. So great that we are adding crews to support the high demand in new business. We are looking for general labor help with landscape needs. Pay will be based on past experience. Work performed will be mowing, string trimming, landscape bed development and maintenance. Some lifting up to 50 lbs will be required.

To our current clients, please be patient. The recent rains have left very undesirable conditions for mowing. We will be out over the next several days with our professional crews making your lawns look as spectacular as they should be this time of year. We are working diligently to get everyone’s lawn mowed before the holiday weekend.
