Who said parking had to be boring?

The Glen Ellyn Civic Center Parking Structure proves that functionality and design can go hand in hand. Built alongside Wells Concrete, this five-level precast parking structure was designed to solve a parking shortage while blending seamlessly into the surrounding community in Glen Ellyn.

ICP manufactured 76 architectural wall panels featuring thin-set brick, dramatic cornices, and detailed floral leaf patterns inspired by the neighboring civic center. Even better? The precast structure was erected in just six weeks, helping minimize disruption in a busy downtown area with limited site access.
