We've been waiting to share this one for awhile now here's one we are Happy to see come full circle and complete. From up sizing the main to accommodate more waste to underground rough to above ground rough to trim out of the plumbing system we got it done with some late nights and early mornings to complete on time. As well as three new HVAC air handlers with heat pump setups this place will be one nice upgrade for the tenants who are using the space as a pool hall. We are greatly appreciate for the fact that we were given the opportunity to help produce this end product with our contractor!!

With many projects and deadlines in the last couple weeks we had to meet we really haven't had the time to showcase anything so here is one that we got the plumbing roughed in for. It involved us putting in a sump pump pit and ground work with ejector pit and reworking the old piping to gain ceiling height as we are doing our part in turning a basement into a full living quarters. Here we are roughed in with the plumbing and up next will be a full zoned HVAC system that will allow the upstairs and down to have separate thermostats and conditioned spaces. Another customer found out they could afford the quality they were looking for. We recently completed a complete install of a 3 ton heat pump system with electric backup. Not only will they finish out the year with ac but also be ready for the cool weather to come

When considering a 2nd full bath these clients reached out for a second opinion and found a different layout option, they also realized they could have the quality they were looking for at a Affordable price!! 1st we listened to what they wanted as a finished project, while inputting our expertise we helped make thier dream come true.
